Seldom Seen products are all handmade to the highest quality possible, but they’re also made to be used in challenging environments.
As with anything made by human hands, they will eventually wear out with enough use and abuse. Therefore our products carry a 5 year warranty against any manufacturing defects.
You can submit a warranty request through the contact form. If any of our products get damaged or worn from use, feel free to reach out, and they can be repaired for a small fee.

Every single product that I sell is designed, tested, and made by one person. Nothing is built in a factory, or with automated tooling. Hand and eye are the only guarantors of quality, neither of which are infallible.
I take a lot of time to ensure that I produce the best possible gear, while still maintaining the feeling of a hand built product. When you buy something from me, we’re entering a pact, where I promise to make the best possible product that I can for you.
